Pamela spent decades as a global CEO in operations consulting, helping major corporations fix what’s broken and scale what works. She’s been at the table with the world’s toughest boardrooms — and knows how to lead when things get messy.
But while most execs her age were eyeing retirement or golf, Pam did something wild:
She went back to school.
As a sixty-something student at Toronto Metropolitan University, surrounded by brilliant, creative, ready-to-activate talent, she noticed something.
