NUDGES IN ACTION

🎯 Micro Moves. Maximum Meaning.
Or, as we like to call it: The Ripple Report.

Real Nudges. Real People. Real Impact.

This is where the philosophy hits the pavement.
We don't do theory. We do tiny interventions that make a big dent in someone's universe.

Here’s a look at two of our earliest nudges — now in full motion — and proof that you don’t need millions to move the needle. You need momentum, meaning, and a little bit of well-timed belief.

What do you get when two university students decide democracy needs a better hype team?

An award winning podcast: 100 Reasons to Vote — a podcast built by Gen Z, for Gen Z, backed by a LeadReal nudge.

Cofounders Shaaraki and Vaishnavi are journalism students with big voices and bold questions. With Pam Hackett as their podcast micro-funder, they launched in January 2025 — tackling low youth voter turn out with authenticity and civic smarts.

This isn’t voter education with a finger wag. It’s smart, sharp, and straight from the student voice.

Every episode? A reason to show up and care. “Because democracy isn’t a theory class. It’s something you do.”– Shaaraki, Co-Host

Next-Gen International Women's Day  Event

One morning. Fifty women. Infinite ripple effects.

On IWD 2025, Pam Hackett didn’t host a corporate breakfast. She hosted a nudge brunch. She brought together 50 second-year journalism students from TMU and some of their moms, creating a moment of connection, inspiration, and bold ambition.

No fanfare. Just fuel. She invited powerhouse women from her network, leaders, creatives, and changemakers, to speak not to the students, but with them.

The goal?

  • Remind students they belong in big rooms

  • Let mums see what’s possible

  • Spark micro-mentor moments that last far beyond the buffet

It was intimate, intentional, and exactly the kind of nudge that opens minds and doors.

Why it works:
"Low risk. High belief. Early impact.
And it builds habits of courage, not just outcomes."
